Before any item embarks on its journey to you, it undergoes a thorough inspection by our dedicated guild masters to ensure it meets our legendary standards.
Due to the rise of scams and item switching spells, we unfortunately do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been completed and shipped. 
This is to protect the integrity of our shop and ensure all true heroes get the genuine artifacts they deserve.
