🌍 International Shipping Info
Yes, we ship worldwide! After checkout, we’ll contact you with a separate invoice for shipping costs. We always aim to find the most affordable option. If you choose to cancel due to shipping costs, an 8% restocking fee will apply.
Order Processing:
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after your purchase is completed.
- In rare cases (such as when we are battling dragons or managing high order volumes), shipping may take up to 7-10 business days.
- You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your legendary loot departs from our vault!
Shipping Insurance:
- All items are fully insured for the full purchase price during transit.
- This means if a rogue dragon (or package handler) damages your order, your treasure is protected by the carrier’s insurance.
Damaged Items:
- If your item arrives damaged, the buyer (that’s you, noble one!) is responsible for initiating a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- We recommend documenting the damage immediately with photos and contacting the carrier as soon as possible to start the claims process.
