Welcome brave traveler, to The Nerds Guild! By entering our realm at www.thenerdsguild.shop, you agree to abide by the following rules and codes of honor. Please read them carefully before embarking on your shopping quest. 
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from The Nerds Guild, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please exit the realm respectfully.

You may only use this site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not attempt to hack, cheat, or otherwise exploit the Guild's platform or its fellow members.
3. Product Descriptions
We strive to describe every artifact, collectible, and treasure accurately. However, we make no guarantees that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free. In the event of a mistake, we reserve the right to correct it and update your quest accordingly.
4. Orders and Payments
When you place an order, you pledge a binding contract of purchase. Payment must be made in full before any items are shipped from our vault. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice — sometimes even great sages must adjust to the winds of commerce. 
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Once an order leaves our guild hall, we entrust its safe delivery to our noble shipping partners. Tracking information will be provided. Any delays, damages, or lost items must be handled according to carrier guidelines, but we will assist you where we can.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to a high incidence of marketplace mischief (a.k.a. scams), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless otherwise outlined in our Return Policy. Please choose your relics wisely!
7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.thenerdsguild.shop — including logos, designs, graphics, and product information — belongs to The Nerds Guild and is protected by copyright laws. Please do not steal our scrolls. 
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of any products. Basically: equip yourself wisely and adventure at your own risk! 
9. Changes to Terms
The Nerds Guild reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage all travelers to check back here from time to time.
